This is the chance for kids of all ages to climb on, sit in, play on and have fun in the vehicles of their dreams! Fire trucks, ambulances, race cars, motorcycles, dump trucks, RV’s, big rigs, diggers and more—we will have them all!
Touch a Truck is quickly becoming one of the most popular family events in North America and First Steps is thrilled to be able to bring it to Saint John.
Ongoing - Big Night In
The BIG Night IN is a signature fundraiser for First Steps.
The concept is simple, yet very fun! We are asking you to host a party of your choice instead of going out to an event. You can invite friends, colleagues, family or neighbors to your home for a party of your choosing. It might be a formal dinner party, a celebration, an office party or book club or dinner club add-on. The possibilities are endless. We are asking you, the party host to invite people to your home or office and ask all participants to make a donation to First Steps. In return they will be entertained for an afternoon or evening with you and receive a tax receipt for their donation. Instead of purchasing a ticket to a dinner, you will spend the money on entertaining your guest. You pick the night, the time, the guests and what to serve.
